Reading between the lines… This question has been flying around for more than a year now and the biggest question remains the long-term uncertainty in very compromised times when no testing was possible on the vaccines produced thus far. At least the level of awareness (lack of ignorance as far as health is concerned) is increased. Vaccine or not I do believe the best defence we were given at birth, a God-given defence system which simply needs nurturing with simple techniques we all know:

  7. Air – good healthy fresh air especially now we are home (office) bound and as improved by exercise.
  8. Rest – Sleep are core to all health where God designed a sleeping pattern according to Mother Nature’s timing. Don’t fight the system your body knows best; just do it.
  9. Trust – Excess and unrelieved stress can cause our body to weaken and become susceptible to disease. Instead of allowing ourselves to worry ourselves sick, placing our trust in God to take care of the situation would spare us from needless stress.

In Conclusion

These are the 8 laws of health where  “DIS-EASE”, including your Cancers, can largely be prevented. Lastly, you may have heard the saying, “cancer is in the genes and there’s nothing that can be done about it.”
