Understanding the microbiome
It’s been a tough 6 weeks for South Africa and the build up towards it no better as we watched the world take knocks in all its capacities, waiting and wondering if we would follow suit….and we did! We cope, but do we really? It’s tough…and even if we feel like looking tough, subconsciously, we battle with mental health.
We know that our gut affects our mental health, and of course it’s all about the microbiome; so we punt well-being through considering the health of your gut at all times and then the maintenance and upkeep of such with your very best probiotic since all health starts and ends here.
Microbiome
Part of understanding the microbiome is understanding that managing Candida (not overgrowth since this already would already be a huge warning sign for ill-health) but actually the balance of such within the gut is equally important and, once again, it can only be achieved through healthy lifestyle and managing your very best microbiome balance through usage of your very best probiotic.
So too Fungi in our gut is especially important when it comes to our mental and physical wellbeing. All within a happy healthy balance, as once again managed by your healthy microbiome. Once again requiring a good or even better than average probiotic. And, of course this applies for your parasites and virus activity within as well as well as all the other ‘creepy crawlies’ that naturally co-exist within.
Probiotic
All of them are kept in check by healthy microbiome as balanced and supported by your very best pre and probiotic:
With various scientists and studies over recent years there is once clear message – it is all about your microbiome, your very best diet, ;lifestyle and probiotic – and if you have not been paying attention, you are in trouble. It’s not just about gut health but the bigger impact on your overall Immunity and then of course the brain functioning.
One of the reasons I mention this is that in this time of Covid-19 management. There’s only 1 place to concentrate and that is here – your microbiome. If they are not right nothing is nor is your healthy balance lung or otherwise. If our gut bacteria are killed off, which happens when we take antibiotics. No continued support though a good probiotic and foods your microbiome is damaged. Which, in turn, allows your gut fungi, Candida, bad bacteria etc all to over-grow. In addition causing an imbalance in the microbiome that affects our mental and physical health.
