“Lupus and Vasculitis WARRIORS, like myself, would dump any chemical meds without blinking. I have tried so many holistic treatments, natural replacements, O2 infusions, health products, essential oils, vitamin mixtures and so much more.  I even once flashed my meds down the drain out of pure frustration and the knowledge of how those chemicals have other BAD reactions in my body.

Treatment?

No form of treatment can cure lupus. However, there is scientific evidence that certain natural treatments may help reduce the symptoms and inflammation it causes.  These include curcumin, omega-3s, vitamin D, and green tea.

Unfortunately, natural treatments cannot replace medical treatment for lupus. It may assist in the prevention of flare-ups.

In Summary.

People with lupus should avoid certain supplements, including echinacea, spirulina, vitamin E and a variety of food. These supplements may increase the immune system response and trigger lupus symptoms. It is also helpful to avoid excess sun exposure, salt, and alfalfa sprouts, which may also make symptoms worse.

Bacteria in the Gut May be a Cause of Lupus and Flares: Shows Study Supported by Lupus Research Alliance

‘NEW YORK, NY. February 19, 2024. Pieces of bacteria that escape from the intestines may trigger lupus and associated disease flares in some patients, according to a new study partly funded by the Lupus Research Alliance. These findings may allow disease treatment with probiotics or diets that alter the mix of bacterial species in the intestines.’

To find out, Gregg Silverman, MD, of the NYU School of Medicine in New York, NY, and colleagues studied the bacteria in stool samples from 61 women with lupus and 17 women who didn’t have the disease.

They discovered that the patients with lupus harboured fewer bacterial species overall. But one species, known as Ruminococcin gnavus, was five times more plentiful in patients with lupus. The bacterium was particularly numerous in patients who were undergoing flares or who had kidney disease.

Most of us autoimmune disease warriors never know which part of our bodies will be affected next. We constantly live in pain, but the most painful challenge is to keep our mindset positive, energetic to stay productive and WE DO, BECAUSE WE ARE WARRIORS.

👑FOR LUPUS PATEINTS: I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IMSYSER PRODUCTS FOR ALL AND ANY GUT HEALTH. IT WILL IMPROVE SOME OF YOUR SYMPTOMS.

Especially the Probiotics and all of the intestinal range.”
