It is so important not to neglect yourself! but to Care

I know it is year-end and after this lock-down the levels of utter desperation and care are tangible but “self” is too important not too care in these darker times. Lets look into some wise tips to stay on top of our game…

  • The ‘STOMACH’ is injured when you do not have breakfast in the morning. Our bodies know and understand the human clock of things!!
  • The ‘KIDNEYS’ are injured when you do not drink 10 glasses of water per day. Hydration is key to all health anyway!!
  • The ‘GALLBLADDER’ is injured when you do not sleep enough, too bed early and rise early according the natural body clock.
  • The ‘SMALL INTESTINE’ is injured when you eat very cold foods/drinks. You literally ‘numb’ the nerve endings, numbing the sensory signalling from and within the gut.
  • The ‘LARGE INTESTINES’ are injured when you eat excessive fried and spicy foods and/or drinks.
  • The ‘LUNGS’ are injured when you breathe in smoke and stay in polluted environment of cigarettes; vapour smoking is included in this equation.
  • The ‘LIVER’ is injured when you eat heavy fried foods, junk foods, and fast foods.
  • The ‘HEART’ is injured when you eat your meal with too much salt and cholesterol intake is exponential.
  • The ‘PANCREAS’ is injured when you eat excessive sweet things due to cravings.
  • The ‘Eyes’ are injured when you work in the light of mobile phone and computer screen in the dark. Let alone the evil of chronic cell phone use anyway!!
  • The ‘Brain’ is injured when you start thinking negative thoughts and dwell in chronic unforgiveness.
  • The ‘SOUL’ gets injured when you don’t have family and friends to care and share with you in life their love, affection, happiness, sorrow and joy. Forgive even your enemies.

In Conclusion

All these parts of our bodies do regenerate at different rates but cannot be replaced at “no cost” eventually and definitely are not infinitely recharged with chronic mis-use. So, take good care of each and every body part and remember they all function as a whole and are totally dependent on each other in some way or other;  so, keep all these body parts healthy.
