What is interesting is that typically skin and associated cancer is missing off this list indicating education in prevention has worked relatively well and so could or should lifestyle changes for these mostly metabolic related conditions or cancers.
The sad part is that although lifestyle choices are relatively obvious, the hidden toxic load in foods, skin products as well as the major modern day stressors on our bodies is more than likely mostly causal in these troubled times. All the little factors together make the larger sum of load in and in our ‘existence’ slowly trapping us into eventual state of “dis-ease” leading to the “cancer”.
Preventative teachings from reliable sources are now (15 years and counting for me in this health game) freely available and I pray that those that care enough to share do so , for those that don’t have a chance in this life.
Knowledge is power. All power. Listening is that choice! Small changes culminate in larger life-giving health #ImsyserHealth
