When your liver is functioning at its best, your energy levels stay high, your digestion improves, and your body maintains balance throughout the day. The liver fuels your body with steady energy — and when it’s healthy, you feel the difference.
Why Support Your Liver?
A well-nourished liver plays a powerful role in your total wellness. Healthy liver function supports:
- Balanced cholesterol, blood sugar, and amino acid levels
- Stable sex hormones
- Filtering over 100 litres of blood every single day
- Regulating more than 50,000 enzymes
- Breaking down fats and supporting digestion
- Processing and storing essential nutrients for later use
- Regulating blood clotting
- Boosting immunity by removing harmful bacteria from the bloodstream
It all begins with cleansing and resetting the liver.
To help you start this process, we recommend using the Imsyser Liver Cleanse as part of a gentle, natural detox and health-restoration journey.
The Purpose of Liver Cleansing
A complete liver cleanse helps to:
- Remove excess fat stored in the liver
- Restore healthy bile flow
- Eliminate toxic waste filtered from the blood
- Dissolve and release accumulated gallstones
- Regenerate damaged liver cells
This process supports your body’s natural ability to repair, rebuild, and maintain vibrant health and energy.
How to Do a Liver Cleanse
You Will Need:
- ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
- Juice from 1 grapefruit (or a carton if out of season)
- 4 tablespoons Epsom salts
Preparing for Your Liver Cleanse
Choose a day like Saturday, as you’ll need the following day to rest.
- Avoid unnecessary medication for the day.
- Eat a light breakfast and lunch (no milk, no fried foods).
- Stop eating solid foods after 2 pm.
- You may drink water or fruit juices.
Liver Cleanse Protocol
6 pm – Dissolve 1 tbsp Epsom salts in a glass of juice or water and drink.
8 pm – Repeat: 1 tbsp Epsom salts in juice or water.
10 pm – Mix ½ cup olive oil with ½ cup grapefruit juice. Drink at bedside, then lie down immediately and stay still for 30 minutes. Fall asleep.
Next Morning:
Drink plenty of water.
6 am – 1 tbsp Epsom salts in juice or water.
8 am – Repeat again.
Expect diarrhoea — this is normal. Movements usually stop by 9:30 am.
10 am – Eat a piece of fruit.
12 pm – Eat a light lunch.
From mid-afternoon onward, resume normal eating.
How Many Flushes Do You Need?
If this is your first cleanse:
You will need 6–12 flushes to completely clear the liver.
Allow at least 1 week between flushes.
What to Expect After Cleansing
Cleansing the liver can dramatically improve digestion — the foundation of overall health. Many people also experience:
- Reduced allergies
- Relief from shoulder and upper back discomfort
- Better energy levels
- A renewed sense of well-being
By cleansing the liver, you’re helping the body release:
- Fats and cholesterol deposits
- Gallstones
- Poisons and drug residues
- Toxins trapped in liver tissue
Few things have a greater impact on whole-body health.
