Home Exercise – Day 6

Step Up was a great movie and this next cardio-based exercise is also great!

Day 6 and Exercise #6 – Step Up

The film was great, but the move may be even better. Find an elevated, sturdy surface (like a low bench/step) and step the right foot on it. Rise up and make a 90 deg angle with your left knee (in line with your hip), making sure the power is coming from the right hamstring and glute. Step down and repeat with your other foot. Continue for 15 reps with each leg.
