Day 5 and Exercise #5 – Leg Raises
Lie down on your back with your arms at your sides and with your legs extended straight. Lift your legs up off the floor to 45 degrees and keep it there for 2 seconds and then lower your legs about 6 inches of the ground and hold it there for 2 seconds. Lift them back up, this is 1 rep. Concentrate to keep your back flat on the floor.
Try and do about 15 reps and then increase daily by 5 reps but do pace yourself! Be kind with your body.
