Day 10 and Exercise #10 – Sprint Cardio
Here it is. The last exercise for your 10 day home workout! By repeating these exercises on a daily basis, you will keep those muscles toned.
Assume a sprint position on the floor, tighten your abs and switch leg position (at the same time, like a jump) so that the stretched-out leg tucks into your chest and the bent leg stretches out. Do this for 30 seconds
