The #1 complaint or reason most people struggle to follow a healthy eating plan , is that they are always hungry and are constantly dealing with cravings.

It would make dieting a lot easier,if you didn’t have to say “NO” to food when your body is clearly telling you to eat, or if you weren’t hungry ?

The fact is, that you shouldn’t feel hungry if you ate the right foods.  Filling your belly with high-volume, low-calorie foods can simply take away that edgy appetite.  Our favourite solution ?  Veggies.

When you’re craving things late at night it’s very likely because you didn’t have a good-sized, filling dinner.  Veggies to the rescue!  Simply pile ANY of the below foods on your plate at dinner and we guarantee you’ll be leaving the table “stuffed” while still keeping your calorie total well below your needs:

Asparagus
Broccoli
Brussels Sprouts
Cabbage
Carrots
Cauliflower
Celery
Collard Greens
Cucumber
Eggplant
Fennel
Green Onion
Leeks
Mushrooms
Okra
Onion
Peppers
Radish
Salad Greens
Snow Peas
Spinach
Tomato
Zucchini

And guess what?  If you get a late night craving, eat some more of these!  They are extremely low calorie while being packed with fiber, vitamins and minerals.

Simply put, you can OVER-eat veggies any day of the week to increase the “fullness factor” of your meals or just as a craving killer.  As a result, you won’t be hungry and you’ll be that much more likely to stick to your diet.
