We would like to repeat our 10 day exercise plan which we have posted in Dec. Now, in the beginning of the new year, is a good time to share this information again, in order to kick of 2015 in the most healthy way possible.
Who ever said it’d be impossible to get a great cardio-based workout without going to the gym? You can get the same high intensity workout simply doing cardio-based exercises on the living room floor! Performing higher-intensity body-weight exercises can be an effective way to build strength while also raising the heart rate.

Day 1 and Exercise #1 – Plank
Begin in a plank position with your forearms on the ground. Then, keep yourself in the plank position for 60 seconds. This exercises targets various muscles and is a fantastic do at home exercise.
