Isn’t this news just too wonderful. We have been brain washed to believe a part of our body (that God designed) needs to be whipped out on the first indication of trouble. When in reality it is now seen as essential in Gut and Immune health. Pretty much as I thought slice and dice seems to be the quick fix when in reality…..a really good read!! #imsyserhealth
