The Best Medicine against Cholesterol and High Blood Pressure
We present you the recipe of this powerful remedy. I do this every morning and not only am I keeping the mentioned in check but manage good bowel movements within 30 minutes!
- 1 tsp. of lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove (grated)
- 1 tsp. of apple cider vinegar
- 1 piece of ginger (grated)
- 1 tsp. of organic honey
- (I like to add the tip of the tsp. of cayenne pepper)
- (I like to also add 1 tsp. of cinnamon)
Mix all of these ingredients and refrigerate the obtained mixture for five days. I do a daily mix as well in unprepared. Just adding the hot water for the daily mix.
After this period, consume the mixture before breakfast and dinner.
However, make sure to take it up to 3 times per day.
After a week-period, check your cholesterol levels and you will see the positive results.
You will also notice your blood pressure is normalized.
What to do with aggravated readings. Well I like to take a daily dose of Lecithin and if you really mean business with your body do a whole treatment course with Niacin. To be good to yourself take the slow release type otherwise the ‘flush’ is rather cruel although good for you. Also take at night before bedtime so you might miss out with the worst of the flush AND your sleep will be improved.
