Don’t Be Afraid of Your Poop, It’s Your Health Indicator!!
While you may not be in the habit of checking what comes out of your bottom, it is a good idea to sneak a peek from time to time especially when you are doing a deep intestinal cleanse such as the 7-day gentle cleanse with the Imsyser Deep Intestinal Cleanse.
If you have a difficulty with your ‘poop’ or experience serious bouts of diarrhoea, something is amiss with your gut. Even if you’re not having serious digestive trouble, the colour, smell, and shape of your stool can provide an insight into your health, so it pays to be informed. On inspection with a cleanse such as this the results achieved are almost insane, knowing that this ‘waste’ was literally living inside you for (?) years blocking all good healthy nutritional uptake and obviously in the same way all good health excretory waste out of you from the same source!!
As gross as it may seem, take a peek at your stool from time to time and learn that “what comes out” can give you a clue a about the state of your health.
Your Poop Colour
Stool colour is often a reflection of what we eat. There is a wide variance in brown shades that are all considered normal. The normal production of bile keeps stool within the brown range. Expect to see some of the deep impacted toxic mucoidal waste come out of you in blackish stringy bits initially or quite obviously in some cases in a large waste deposit. This is all normal, and as mentioned – do you want this putrefying waste on the inside of you or outside of you? It’s that simple!
Your Poop Smell
The smell of poop is rarely pleasant. When the odour changes or becomes excessively foul, it could be a warning. Because stool is comprised of undigested food parts, dead cells, bacteria, and mucus, we cannot expect it to smell great. Foul- smelling poop may result from taking certain medications, or from food that has been stuck in the colon for a long time. So expect the smell. Once again out of you rather than inside of you!!
A healthy stool is “S” shaped and well-formed, but not too hard. With the deep intestinal cleanse this is not to be expected as waste is excreted out of you old and new.
Constipation and Your Poop
Constipation is a major sign of low bacterial count. Once the debris is removed I always suggest a daily probiotic as a maintenance course not a treatment course. The constipation as a rule should not result when probiotics are taken daily. Remember, constipation with over-the-counter laxatives, which is certainly not the healthiest option, can only make matters worse and not be a natural long-term solution without doing a lot of damage in the process! Constipation occurs when the colon absorbs too little water, or when the colon’s muscle contractions are slow or sluggish, causing the stool to move through the colon too slowly. As a result, stools can become hard and dry. All of this will also be removed on usage of the Imsyser Deep Intestinal Cleanse.
Your Poop and Probiotic Relief
For the probiotic relief Imsyser has a 12 strain pre- and pro-biotic which is streets ahead of its competitors producing amazing relief from constipation to IBS and of course the crucial maintenance the gut needs for bacterial support.
